Where to go for a camel ride near Marrakech

Camel ride in the Marrakech palm grove, 10 minutes from the restaurant

Considered to be Marrakech's green lung, the Palmeraie is one of the Moroccan city's iconic spots. With over 100,000 palm trees planted on more than 13,000 hectares, the Palmeraie offers an idyllic setting for a camel ride. Numerous camel guides await you on site. You can set off for an hour, two hours or even half a day.

Camel rides in the Agafay desert, 40 minutes from the restaurant

Just 35 kilometres from Marrakech, the Agafay desert offers sublime rocky landscapes and a real contrast with the hustle and bustle of the Medina. After donning Touareg clothing, your camel will take you at a leisurely pace through dunes and canyons. The best moment for a camel ride in the Agayfay desert: sunset! To extend the experience, treat yourself to a Moroccan dinner in a traditional camp in the middle of the desert.
