The French Institute has a network of 12 centres throughout Morocco, including a major one in Marrakech. Located near the Victor Hugo French High School, between the Targa and Guéliz districts, the French Institute is a centre for exchange and cultural influence, promoting access to culture and the development of knowledge.
A media library
The French Institute offers a large media library for all, children, teenagers, students and adults. You can also discover temporary exhibitions, attend French film screenings and many artistic events: concerts, theatre, debates.
The France-Morocco Cultural Season
Every year, the French Institute offers great Franco-Moroccan collaborations in order to discover contemporary culture even better. French lessons
One of the main missions of the French Institute is to offer French courses, individual or group, from general French to company specific French, as well as the possibility of obtaining official French language diplomas.
A real bridge between France and Morocco, the French Institute is certainly a place not to be missed when you are thirsty for culture in Marrakech. The various cultural events and events take place at the French Institute in Marrakech, but also at the Denise Masson riad which depends on it, and in all the places with which the Institute has partnerships.
